How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges is as follows. We will advise the actual shipping cost, once we finalize your order. For
international shipping destinations, please contact us.

Which shipping methods can I choose from?
For domestic (within Malaysia), we use either Poslaju, Skynet or Gdex (next working day delivery). For
Singapore, we use Poslaju (2-4 working days). For international destinations, you have a choice of Poslaju,
FedEx or DHL. Please bear in mind that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement
weather, customs, etc. For international shipments, please note that importation custom duties/taxes
may apply and you are responsible to bear those duties/taxes. Please check with your local customs
officials or post office for more information.
Can I change the shipping address after I place my order?
Yes, please inform us via email soonest possible. Please note that we are unable to update shipping address,
once packages has been shipped.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, all the deliveries requires a real person to sign and accept the package.
Can I pick up my order at your office in SS25/24, Petaling Jaya?
Yes, you may do so by making an appointment prior to dropping by. Please email or WhatsApp us a day in
advance.
Do you offer free or cheaper shipping?
It is our top priority to work with our shipping vendors to find cheaper shipping options for all. As we are a
small company, we do not get the same shipping rates as some bigger companies (Lazada, Amazon).
However, we do offer free shipping within Malaysia for orders of RM1,000.00 and above. (This offer does
not apply to professional members.)
How do I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, we will inform you of the tracking number and the courier used via email.
Please liaise with that particular courier company if you have any queries about the delivery status of your
package.
