Our philosophy is simple, we stand behind the products we create. If you are not entirely satisfied with your
order, we promise to make it right.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for customized items. However, we do accept returns for non-customized items
such as tabletop frames without print, standard ready-stock usb/dvd cases and print boxes without prints.
Returning of non-customized item due to manufacturing defect.
Please email us with the subject "Manufacturing Defect" and do provide images of the areas of defect and
your order number and we will reply for further action. Please send request within 14 days of receiving the
item, otherwise, your request will not be entertained.
Returning of non-customized item for other reasons besides manufacturing defect.
Please email us with the subject "Return", your order number and your reason you are returning the item.
Please note that the item must be returned in it's original condition and packaging. Once the return is
approved, we shall provide the return address for the package. You will be responsible for the shipping fee,
and tracking so we can track the return. For your own protection, we strongly recommend to return items
with tracking facility. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the resposibility of the
customer until they are received by us. Once the item is received and inspected by our team, you will be
refunded the price of the product (minus shipping) to your original form of payment. Please send your
request within 14 days of receiving the item, otherwise, your request will not be entertained.
How long do I need to wait for the refund after it's approved?
We will refund the price of the product (minus shipping) to your original form of payment with 14 days
of the refund approval.
My order arrived damaged/incorrect.
We are sorry to hear that your item did not arrive in perfect condition. Please email us within 14 days of
receiving the package so we can make it right. Please include the following in your email.
• Your name, contact number, shipping address and order number
• A description of the damage or issue.
• Images of the damaged item and package.
I made an error to my design.
If the design is created by you or text provided by you for our design service, we are unable to refund your
order for customer created errors, including but not limited to the following:
• Typos and misspellings
• Layout errors and missing/duplicate images
• Blank pages or mistake in design
• Product selection mistake (i.e. product size, style and cover options)
• Colour differences between your computer and our printing systems
We cannot provide refunds due to customer handling, storage, treatment or any of the above.
However, do email us your issue and we will see if we can fix it for you. Please note that additional fees
may apply.
