Can you review my project?
As we are a small team, we do not have the capacity to review all projects in detail before they print.
Having said that, we do check the files randomly and we will contact you if we find any problems
with text or images. However, please note that if there are any mistakes found after the project is
printed, we will not be held responsible. Everyone makes mistakes, so its best if you get a second pair
of eyes to check for typos or tiny errors before you submit your order.
Pre-order Checklist
Here is a quick list of things to check on your project before you submit your order.
1) Ensure your images are in sRGB colour profile.
2) Check for text/tight cropping that is at the edge. Ensure text are 1cm away from the edges.
3) Check for blank pages. If you do have blank pages, do indicate when placing your order.
4) Review your project in full. Double check for typos, repeat images or design errors.
What are the advantages of an album design service?
If you don't have the time, patience or experience in using a designing software, our service is
perfect for you. Just upload your selected images and leave the rest to us.
How much are your design fees?
We will advise the design fees based on the number of images selected. The design fees is not charged
again for copies or smaller duplicates of the album.
Why should I pay for the design when other companies offer this for free?
Most companies offer you a free software to do your design, meaning you need to spend precious time
to arrange the images in the software and learning how to use the software. They do not actually do
the design work for you. Using a professional design service not only saves you time and effort but we
will do basic colour correction, exposure and contrast for your images, so that the print outcome
will be good.
What is the maximum number of photos I can put on a single page?
It depends on the type of book you are making and the quality/size of your photos. Generally, we
recommend about 1-2 images per page for larger image designs and 2-4 images per page for smaller
image designs. We do not recommend too many images as it will make the photos very small and the
album/book design will look cluttered.
Can I send additional/new photos after the design work has started?
Yes, you may do so before the first preview is sent. Please do let us know soonest possible.
Can I cancel the design service after I have confirmed engaging your service?
Yes, you can cancel this service within ONE hour of confirmation/payment for this order. If
cancellation is done after ONE hour, we will only be able to refund 50% of the design fees as mostly
we would have started on your project.
How long will it take to see the first preview after uploading the images and payment made?
We will send the first preview in 7 days, after receiving the images and payment.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, we do. Please let us know the type of retouching you need and we will advise the retouching fees.
