How do I order multiple copies of the same image?
To order more than 1 copy of the same image, simply add "x copies" at the end of the filename.
Are the prints with white borders or full bleed?
You have the option of choosing either one. Do let us know your preference when ordering.
Can I order any print quantity above 25, such as 40 pieces?
Yes, do let us know the quantity and we shall advise the price.
What is the paper type for the large format prints?
The paper used is archival enhanced matte or semi-gloss finish, 192gsm and 270gsm, respectively.
What printing method is used for the large format prints?
The prints are created with inkjet printing. This printing draws 10 inks to create fine art quality print with
immaculate colours and incredible resolution.
What is the best way to mount a large format print?
Take the print to your local frame shop and have them mount the print. Alternatively, you may choose one
of our frame selections that comes with the print.

What type of wrap do you do for the stretched canvas?
We have the gallery wrap and the museum wrap.
Gallery wrap - the image stretches to the sides of the canvas.
Museum wrap - the sides of the canvas are in a solid colour such as black, white or any preferred colour.
How do I hang my stretched canvas with frame?
You can hang them using 3M Command Picture Hanging Strips. We do sell them too. Do let us know if
you would like to include them in your order.
Can I add a frame to the canvas?
Yes, you can add a custom floating frame which comes in black, white or dark brown.
What type of print does the frame comes with?
You have an option of our Fuji Silver Halide photographic print or our archival enhanced matte or semi-
gloss print for your frame. Do indicate your preference when ordering.
Does the price of the frame includes the print?
Yes, with the exception of our tabletop frames without prints. All frame products comes ready with the
print and ready to hang when you receive them.
Can I order a frame without a print inside?
Yes but please note that there will be no price adjustments for the frames.
What is included with my frame?
Besides the print, all frames arrives ready to be hang, including a non-reflective glass/acrylic plexi-glass,
paper backing and hanger hook/s.
How thick is the mat board?
The mat board is about 2mm thick and it comes in an off-white tone.
