How can I find the price and/or order the products on your website?

or the order link at the navigation bar at the top of our website. We will reply to your request within 48
hours.
There's no design software within your website. How do I design the album/photobook?
You may design the layout with any software of your preference such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop,
Illustrator or Lightroom. The final file format should be in jpg, the exact size of the album you would like to
order, sRGB colour profile, 300 dpi. Alternatively, you may engage us to design the album/book for you
at a nominal fee.
How do I design the pages? Should the first page starts on the left or right page?
This depends on what album/photobook you are creating. All photobook with the exception of our Layflat
Photobook, the first page starts with a single page, followed by double page spreads and ends with a single
last page. As for Flush Mount Album and Layflat Photobooks, all files should be double page spreads.
Do I need to select my own photos if I require your design service?
Yes, you do. Please select all your photos for the album/book. You may also put a "B" at the end of the
filename of the image which you would like us to display as a big photo in the design.
How do I send the ready files or selected images to you?
You may send the files via the following options.
1) Dropbox - Upload to your own Dropbox and share the link with us. Do not share the folder.
2) Google Drive - Upload to your own Google Drive in a folder and share the link with us.
3) wetransfer.com - Upload via this site and share the link with us. Please note that the free service allows
only up to 2GB per time.
Do I get to see a preview of the design, if I engage your design service?
Yes, we will email a preview of the layout design for your confirmation before proceeding to print.
Can I make any changes to the design layout you did for me?
Yes, you are allowed to 2 rounds of free revisions. The preview will be in pdf and you can advise changes on
the pdf preview file. Please note that the third round of revision will incur extra fees.
How do I know if you receive my order and its in progress?
No order is deemed received and accepted by us until we have sent you an order confirmation via email. Our
order confirmation will confirm details of your order/s, the payment amount and details and the tentative
date that your order will be despatch. If you do not receive an order confirmation after 48 hours of your
order being placed, please email us for assistance.
