Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within ONE HOUR after payment is made.
After one hour, your order goes into production and your order cannot be cancelled without any penalty.
For requests made after one hour and before the item is completed, we can only refund 50% of the total
order. If the order is fully completed, no refunds can be made. Please email us for cancellation requests.
Can I make changes to my order once its confirmed with payment made?
We cannot make changes to your order once once its confirmed by you via email and payment has been
made. The only option is to cancel the order. Please follow the cancellation process as above.
Can I change my address or shipping method?
We are able to make changes to the shipping address or method before the order has been shipped. Please
email us to let us know your request.
